Heat Restored for a Veteran Through Prayer and Partnership
What began as an urgent referral for a veteran without heat became a powerful testimony of answered prayer, community support, and restored warmth.
Our ministry received a referral regarding a veteran whose furnace was not working. At the time, he was relying on electric heaters and his kitchen stove to keep warm. After completing an assessment, it was determined that the furnace required significant repairs.
As we shared this need, many of you partnered with us in prayer and support. We are grateful to report that the furnace repair was scheduled promptly. During this time, we also learned that the veteran had a fireplace but did not have any firewood available. To help him stay warm while awaiting the repair, our ministry was able to deliver a full truckload of wood to his home.
We are happy to share that the furnace has now been fully repaired and heat has been restored.
